Stemming from Bristol, a suburb of Hartford, Connecticut, 7july
is a modern rock band that delivers. Influenced by bands such as
Alice in Chains and Live, 7july prides itself on creating diverse
and dynamic music.
7july's debut release, Pedestal, is a tribute
to 7july's quest to define itself; or maybe, it's a commitment to
the opposite. Pedestal is filled with fervent lyrics and soul splintering
rhythms found in songs like "Ruined", "Dream", and "Pedestal"; songs
that can lift you up and then smash your teeth to the pavement.
The four members of 7july, Mike (lead guitar), Carl (guitar), Craig
(drums), and Jim (vocal and bass guitar) have been performing and writing together since the early
nineties.
